Proposed development of public civic plaza, public realm works, car park and all associated works at Kickham Barracks, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Tipperary County Council wish to appoint an integrated design team for the above project. For further information regarding the project please refer to the brief. Proposed Development of public civic plaza, public realm works, car park and all associated works at Kickham Barracks, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Tipperary County Council wish to appoint an integrated design team for the above projects. The following design team services are required: (b) architect (including conservation architect); (c) project manager (with previous experience in all stages of capital works management framework); (d) universal access consultant and fire safety consultant; (c) civil/traffic and structural engineer; (d) services and lighting engineer; (e) quantity surveyor; (f) PSDP; (g) horticulturist/landscape architect; (h) the consultant shall be required to carry out all the activities required of the designer, employers representative and Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP) for the entirety of the scheme. The services to be provided will typically include taking the Part 8 design to detailed design and upon approval preparation of tender documentation, management of the tender process, administration and supervision of the works contract, cost control including agreement of final accounts, management of the handover process including the provision of handover documentation to the client and all required interaction and reporting to the client throughout the process.
