Tai Tarian Ltd is seeking to appoint a maximum of eight (8) contractors to a 4 year Framework Agreement for voids refurbishments. Tai Tarian Ltd is seeking to engage contractors with a proven track record of delivering best practice on comparable contracts and able to work pro-actively with Tai Tarian to assist in delivering its social and environmental agenda within the communities in which it operates. Tai Tarian Ltd is seeking to appoint a maximum of eight (8) contractors to a 4 year Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that work will be allocated to contractors through ‘call-off contracts’ and the work content will be awarded on individual void properties basis. ‘call-offs’ will be issued on the basis of the contractor’s, capacity, and location consideration will also be given to performance against KPI’s when allocating works, and this will determine how many voids any 1 contractor has at 1 time. It is anticipated that Tai Tarian Ltd will award approximately 18 000 000 GBP in works over the contract period. Approximately 4 500 000 GBP of works, per annum. Equating to approximately 560 000 per contractor. Tai Tarian carry out on average 700 voids per annum. The contractors can expect to be awarded via call-offs approximately, 90 void refurbishments of various values, and complexity per annum.
