Tender description

London Luton Airport are seeking to appoint a project management, safety and cost consulting services provider to provide the resources necessary to assist LLA to plan, procure and deliver construction works. The contract will be a 0 GBP value framework for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for 2 additional years on an annual basis. The framework will be capped to a maximum spend of 2 500 000 GBP over the duration of the agreement and is split into 2 separate lots. Lot 1: South east stand will be awarded to one individual bidder; and Lot 2: Local works will be awarded up to 2 separate bidders. Bidders may submit pricing for one or both lots.
