Tender description

Cork City Council requires caretaking services for its traveller accommodations sites which are outlined below. Cork City Council requires a daily caretaking service between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Caretakers will be required to report to the traveller accommodation unit. Cork City Council will require sufficient number of staff on a daily basis. The successful tenderer will be required to appoint caretakers to supervise the traveller accommodation sites at the following locations: — St Anthony’s Park Group Housing Scheme, Holly Hill, Cork, — Spring Lane Halting Site, Ballyvolane, Cork, — Meelagh Group Housing Scheme, Mahon, Cork, — Carrigrohane Road Halting Site, Carrigrohane, Cork, — Hazelwood Grove, Kinsale Road, Cork.
