Basic inorganic and organic chemicals

Tender description

The aim of this tender is to select up to 8 compliant bidders as part of a multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of chemicals including domestic and specialist cleaning products. The requirement contains approximately 383 items across one lot and covers a variety of chemical products including, but not limited to, items such as domestic cleaning products, specialist cleaning compounds, laboratory and water treatment, desiccants, kennel cleaning products, aircraft cleaning products and nondestructive testing products. The items detailed as part of this requirement are used by the Army, Navy and Air Force. The estimated range of the procurement is 8 600 000 GBP — 21 600 000 GBP over 4 years. Please note: Any resulting contracts(s) will be configured as an initial 2-year period plus 1 x 2 years option period. Leidos reserve the right to: (i) add additional in scope items to the Schedule of Requirement (SoR) during the life of the contract (any suchitems will fall within the scope of the Common Procurement Vocabulary Codes (CPV) Codes listed in the OJEU Contract Notice) and/or; (ii) to manage the range of items supplied under the agreement (for instance, by de-listing slow moving or obsolescent items and/or adding new/replacement in-scope items). Leidos reserves the right not to award a contract for a 2-year value of less than 118 133 GBP.
