Tender description

Croydon Council is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of enforcement agency services and is inviting tenders from suitably experienced enforcement agency service providers. The framework will consist of 2 lots, namely: Lot 1: Enforcement Agency Services for the collection of Parking and Traffic Penalty Charges. Lot 2: Enforcement Agency Services for the collection of Council Tax and Business Rates. Tenderers can apply for 1 or both lots. The services are to be provided in line with the service specification for the relevant lot. The framework will be for a term of two (2) years, with the option to extend for a further two (2) years in twelve (12) month increments. All work volumes mentioned in this tender are estimates, or historical, and are to enable framework providers to obtain a view of likely workloads.
