Tender description

Eden District Council is seeking bids from suppliers to undertake the internal refurbishment of Appleby Leisure Centre, Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria. The project comprises the refurbishment of the Changing Village (individual changing cubicles; group changing rooms; male, female and accessible toilets/showers); entrance foyer/reception and associated staff room; and the re-tiling of the Viewing Terrace. The works include the demolition of existing rendered masonry cubicle and shower partitions, the removal and replacement of existing floor and wall tiling, the supply and installation of new pre-fabricated changing cubicles and lockers, the supply and installation of a new reception counter, the alteration of existing mechanical and electrical installations, and general redecoration.
