Tender description
The Minister for Defence (the ‘Contracting Authority’) is seeking Expressions of Interest (‘EOI’) from economic operators (‘Candidates’) through this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) with a view to establishing a number of Framework Agreements to meet the requirements of the Irish Defence Forces for the supply of the following. (i) small arms ammunition (5,56mm-12,7mm (inclusive) of multiple natures); (ii) medium calibre ammunition (greater than 12,7mm — less than 60mm of all natures); (iii) 2,75 inch rockets/warheads; (iv) pyrotechnics (military use pyrotechnics); (v) EOD munitions (ammunition and explosives).
