Tender description
The regional health trusts and the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities have been given the task of establishing a new top manager programme for managers within the specialist health service and in municipal health and care services. The aim of the programme is to have managers who actively contribute to a patient experiencing a harmonised health service, independent of organisation, level and financing model. There is, therefore, a need to enter into a contract with an accredited education institution that can deliver a top manager programme where participants can achieve 30 study points at masters level after completion of the programme. The planned start-up is autumn 2020 with a total of 40 participants. Consideration is being given to an extension with two intakes per annum after spring 2022, if the implementation/evaluation of the programme shows that the desired goal was achieved.
