Tender description

Wiltshire Council currently commissions two contracts for advocacy – one for children and young people and one for adults. Our intention is to align these contracts to enable sharing of skill sets, improve the experience for service users at point of transition and expand access to parent/carers. This will require strong partnership working with the provider selected, to develop a single service that continues to deliver the help and support needed. We would like to take this opportunity to work with the market and key partners to identify how a joint contract could improve outcomes for our service users and explore potential approaches for joint service delivery - from the 1st of April 2020.
