Tender description
The purpose of this procurement is to procure the following works to be carried out by the successful Life Safety Systems Maintenance Contractor:- i. Maintenance, service, alterations and inspection requirements for fire alarm systems, disabled refuge systems, hard of hearing fire warning pager systems and emergency lighting installed within Aston University buildings, including all networks. ii. Fault call out requirements including repair, parts, alterations and inspections for all systems and network noted above. iii. Specification for quoted works for non-contract repairs, upgrades and new installation iv. Contractual ‘Service Availability’ of the systems and networks. v. Periodic service evaluation meetings. vi. Materials and components to be used to service/ repair the system, including provision of stock of essential/ commonly used parts Keywords: Life Safety
