Tender description

The works comprise the following to the existing Belfast BA building (block BA)  the refurbishment of areas internally to create a screen production facility. This includes the following:  Refurbishment of areas internally  Demolition of partition walls  Construction of new partition walls  Removal and replacement of existing floor finishes  Painting and decoration  Specialist partition wall construction  Bespoke joinery and feature timber wall panelling  Installation of stage curtains and tracks  Electrical modifications - alteration of lighting, power and data and provision of new  Mechanical works – mostly related to adjustments to existing heating, ventilation and BMS alterations All adjacent pedestrian / vehicular access routes will remain operational for the duration of the works.
