The Provision of Training for Records Management System (Niche)

Tender description

The Staffordshire Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner has recently commissioned our IT partner Boeing Defence UK to deliver a new records management system on behalf of Staffordshire Police. The records Management system selected is "NicheRMS". The training timeline has to be delivered in pre-planned increments to fit in with the overall project deliverable and go-live dates. The provider will be required to supply suitably qualified trainers with experience of "Niche RMS" to assist with the development of course materials and the delivery to officers and staff within classroom and workplace environments. In summary the force will require a consistent team of Full time trainers covering the period 1st April 2019 - 8th May 2020 to cover all aspects of the training plan. The resource will integrate with the internal IT training team which equates to 5.2 FTE.
