Dumfries and Galloway Council are setting up a Framework Agreement for a range of services and works to assist the Council in maintaining and improving our road infrastructure across Dumfries and Galloway region. The provision of operated plant, general civil engineering or labour only on a short-term hire basis to carry out operations at various sites within Dumfries and Galloway region. Following completion of A' and B' Class roads a further bituminous finishing spray will be applied to seal the newly surfaced dressed carriageway. Dumfries and Galloway Council has an on-going requirement for the provision of temporary traffic management. The requirement is based on both emergency and planned requirements. The works required shall include the provision, set up, maintenance and removal of all associated equipment for the Council's roads operational areas as required throughout the duration of the framework.
