YPO are a public buying organisation that delivers over 30 000 products and over 100 contracts to schools and academies across the UK. YPO are looking to create a solution to allow the education sector to carry out all recruitment for permanent and temporary roles via a quick simple and compliant procurement manner. The solution will be driven by technology and aimed to deliver two key outcomes: — allow the schools/academies hiring manager to fill supply teacher roles (and wider educational roles) within 5 mins via the support of technology based talent pools and vendor management solutions, — support the recruitment of permanent roles via vetting solutions. The solution will cover all roles that are relevant to the primary and secondary educational market. The solution will need to involve the management of a talent pool and vendor management solution, this may be delivered via a managed service provision or directly by the technology providers. It is common knowledge that the spend figures for supply teachers is reaching an all time high, it is currently at 1 300 000 000 GBP. YPO would like to partner with key organisations to deliver a unique solution that will allow the sector to reform and manage the market more proactively. To deliver this solution YPO believes they would need to partner with an educational managed service provider, talent pool provider and vendor management provider. The solution would be branded and front ended by YPO, the aim is that schools and academies can log onto the YPO website to then carry out their recruitment. The partner and technology would then support the full delivery of the service behind the scenes. We are interested in speaking with organisations that believe they can add value to a national solution to deliver permanent and temporary recruitment into the educational sector. YPO do not have a solution they are commit to as of yet and are currently in the research phase of this process.
