Tender description

The Council wishes to procure a new housing management solution that will be used to manage and support the following business areas: — reporting, — tenancy management including ASB, — rent, arrears and service charge processes, — repairs, — voids and lettings including garages, — asset management, — contact management including complaints, — right to buy and right to buy back, — leasehold management, including Section 20 processes. The new system must be a fully supplier-hosted system based on open technologies enabling interface/integration with other systems, both in and outbound.
