Servicing and Maintenance of CHP Units (Belfast Campus)

Tender description

CHP Units (Belfast Campus) Ulster University The University of Ulster has 2 Cogenco 165LT CHP units on the Belfast campus. This contract is for the maintenance and servicing of unit 1 (approx. 2008 installed, asset No. BA-06-004-902) and unit 2 (approx. 2012 installed, asset No. BA-06-004-903) of the CHP plants at the University of Ulster, York Street, Belfast, throughout the contract period. The contract period is from the 1st of August 2019 until the 31st July 2024. The CHP units will only run during the University heating season which is normally 16th September - 31st May each year these dates are flexible as the University heating season can vary each year. The contractor shall be paid for the actual hours the CHP runs at the agreed hourly rate. The Unit 1 currently has completed approximately 18,750 hours of operation. The Unit 2 currently has completed approximately 6131 hours of operation. Please refer to ITT Documents for further information.
