Tender description
The Chief Officer Culture and Sport approved the waiver of the following contracts procedure rule: Contracts Procedure Rules No 8.1 and 8.2 - Intermediate value procurements, and awarded a contract to Robert Marshall Productions in the sum of £15,000.
