Tender description
The successful tenderer will be required to provide strategic advice on the implementation of the UL Capital Development Plan in the coming years. The essential requirements include knowledge and experience of Higher Education capital planning, experience of working closely with the HEA, Department of Education and Skills and other Government Departments that fund Higher Education projects. Considerable knowledge and experience in the negotiation and acquisition of land/buildings, and experience in dealing with Local Authorities on planning and development are considered key elements of the requirement also.
