Tender description
Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Ltd are procuring recruitment services, across core and optional services; core service is staff recruitment, with optional services including temporary workforce management, temporary Labour Hire, Payroll Service, and outplacement services. OC is procuring the contract using the competitive dialogue procedure pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. OC is mindful of the resource such engagement can involve for both Tenderers and OC itself and accordingly OC has designed a streamlined Competitive Dialogue process. This procurement process is being undertaken by the OC in partnership with CGF Partnerships Ltd (CGFP); the contract with the successful supplier may be tripartite with the OC and CGFP. The range of estimated contract value is 3 000 000 GBP to 7 000 000 GBP.
