Provision of Contractors - Work Stack

Tender description

The Council therefore needs to procure and appoint a number (three) suitably experienced and competent Contractor to deliver the highway repair work on the outstanding Work Stack of jobs already reported on the highways network, but not yet undertaken.This shall be procured in lots; the City will be split into three geographical areas and each shall be available in its own lot - 1. north, 2. east/central 3. and south Liverpool Any new work programme under this contract needs to flexible enough to deliver the various historic repairs and also validate them within the "CONFIRM" system, together with the ability to instruct additional work in the immediate or adjacent area which may have deteriorated due to the lack of historic repair activity. Given that the Work Stack comprises some 41,000 reported repairs, it is prohibitive on the Council, due to lack of resources, to validate the integrity of each individual report.
