Develop Water Safety Ireland messaging to help reduce drownings in Ireland. To include creative direction, art direction, copyrighting and design. A pre-summer campaign for National Water Safety Awareness Week (17-23 June), a summer campaign and a winter campaign, including associated production costs to the value of approx €25K excluding broadcast.
