Tender description
Replace the existing automatic door closers on the ground, first and second floors adjacent to the lift lobby. They have failed and require replacement due to parts being unavailable through obsolescence Replace the automatic door closers on each level of the 3 levels of the building as per the attached Schedule of Requirements with units conforming to current standards for fire, safety and entrapment. NB - The doors themselves do not need replacing No site visits without prior arrangement Parking and goods delivery to be agreed in advance Site access between 0800-1700
