Tender description

As part of our ambition to transform our public engagement, North Lincolnshire Council wants to be more outward looking and highly engaged. We are considering undertaking a Place Survey of residents to canvass their views and feedback on a range of key issues about North Lincolnshire as a place to live and work The purpose of this PMC is to inform an options appraisal as to how we may proceed with a Place Survey. The options are (1) in-house or (2) via an external provider or (3) a mix of both We are moving towards an outcomes based approach and we are interested in what organisations can offer us to achieve good intelligence from the survey We may wish to run 1 survey per annum over a 3-5 year period in order to monitor changes in resident perception.
