Tender description

Northumberland County Council seeks to appoint up to TWO Contractors (one per lot) to carry out Roofing Programmes to various properties within the Blyth and Alnwick areas of Northumberland. Lot 1 - Blyth Roofing Programme 2019-20 [Ref 2342]. The works include for the erection of scaffold, stripping off existing roof coverings and replacing roof coverings with new together with associated works to houses of various house types. Lot 2 - Alnwick Roofing Programme 2019-20 [Ref 2343]. The works include for the erection of scaffold, stripping off existing roof coverings and replacing roof coverings with new together with associated works to houses of various house types. The work will also include the installation of external cladding where required. The Contracts are to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. The Contracts include an option to extend 1 x 12 Months Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
