NHS Calderdale & Kirklees CCGs : AQP Adult Hearing Service for Over 55s

NHS Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield & North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Groups are procuring an Adult Hearing Service for those aged 55 years and above with age related hearing loss, that are part of the registered population across the Calderdale, Huddersfield and North Kirklees CCGs footprint. This process is in respect of an Accreditation for the Provision of a Diagnostics over 55s Adult Hearing Service. The process will enable Any Qualified Providers to deliver services to the population of Calderdale, Greater Huddersfield and North Kirklees CCGs (the Commissioners), such services to be delivered under an NHS Standard contract which will have a term of 3 years . The contract start date is 1 October 2019 and there is an option to extend for a further period of 2 years. The financial envelope for this contract depends on activity therefore £0 per annum.
