NCC RFQ for 2019/20 Dental Epidemiology Survey for 3 Year Olds

Tender description

Northamptonshire County Council invites quotations for the provision of the 2019/2020 Dental Epidemiology Survey for 3 year olds. The aim of the survey is to measure the prevalence and severity of dental caries among three-year-old children within each lower-tier local authority. The survey must be carried out in accordance with PHE National Protocol and conducted by appropriately trained personnel. The Authority's detailed requirements are defined in Part 2 - Specification. The service will be required from 1st October 2019 for an initial period of 1 year (up to 30th September 2020) with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year, taking the total contract term to a maximum of 2 years. Any extension will be agreed between the Council and the Provider. The deadline for completed Quotes to be received on the LGSS eTendering Portal is 12:00noon on 28th June 2019.
