The exhibition graphic production contract consists of the following key elements: — provision of substrates (unless specifically supplied by others), — graphic production, — delivery, — installation, including fastenings/fixings, — production of a number of samples (to be defined within the tender document) for testing and prototyping to inform and confirm substrates, production techniques and interfaces with other exhibition display elements.
