Tender description
UWL is inviting tender submissions for a design and build tender for the Student Union Café incorporating a new kitchen to ground floor in the Park building, St Mary’s Road, Ealing W5 5RF. The contractors will be expected to provide a design solution to meet the Project Brief The scope of works comprise the following key elements of the refurbishment works to The Park building as follows: • • Temporary hoardings / protections • • Minor Demolitions and alterations • • MEP strip-out • • Supply and installation of all kitchn equipment • • Supply and install of the main counter • • Architectural / Fabric works generally • • Supply and installation of all fire separation including fire curtains, shutters etc • • Connections to the fire alarm systems Keywords: construction
