In West Sussex commissioning for Local Healthwatch and Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy Service has been managed by Public Health from 2012, the current contract will expire in March 2020. Given the expiry of the current contract the Council would like to seek views and insight from organisations to assist with the planning of a new contract. The purpose of this market consultation is to inform the most effective way of tendering for the service.
