MARKET ENGAGEMENT : An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Herefordshire Council to scope and develop a new supply, installation and maintenance of a community alarm telecare monitoring and administration platform that will support the council to meet the increasing demands of our older people population including the increased complexity of some of the cases in Herefordshire. The Community Alarm Telecare Monitoring and Administration Platform supplier will offer an open or configurable platform to personalised solutions for service users, where a specific sensor or system is identified as meeting that individual's support needs.
