Tender description

This is an 8 month contract (with 3 x 1 year possible extensions) for a of piece of work to support the Leeds City Council (LCC) SENSAP service to address the amendments of annual reviews. The Local authority has a statutory function to ensure that all Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) are reviewed on an annual basis. LCC currently has an over-accumulation of annual reviews that require amendments. The service is required to reduce the backlog in outstanding reviews by playing a role in amending each EHCP appropriately up until draft consultation stage.
