Tender description

Robert Gordon University are seeking Tenders from experienced Contractors with experience to design and build; with the option to operate and maintain a new Energy Centre and District Heating Network to be installed at the Aberdeen campus. The Energy Centre and District Heating Network is to be made to operate in conjunction with an existing energy system as described more fully in the Employer’s Requirements incorporated within this Invitation to Tender. Robert Gordon University are seeking Tenders from experienced Contractors with experience to design and build; with the option to operate and maintain the new Energy Centre and District Heating Network to be installed at the Aberdeen campus, The University will provide capital payment for the complete CHP + DHN + PW installation and for Operation and Maintenance of the installation for a 12 month duration upon completion of installation. Robert Gordon University are seeking Tenders from experienced Contractors with experience to design and build; with the option to operate and maintain the new Energy Centre and District Heating Network to be installed at the Aberdeen campus, The University will provide capital payment for the complete CHP + DHN + PW installation and for Operation and Maintenance of the installation for a 12 year duration upon completion of installation. Full Energy Performance Contract which minimises the initial capital cost to the University; and which will pay back over a period of time (specified by RGU).
