The London Borough of Hillingdon is committed to maximising recycling and reducing waste via the safe removal and processing of the following materials from its Harlington Road Depot. 1) Highways Arising's (Street sweepings, rubble and soil) 2) Bulky Items (furniture and fly tipped material) 3) Street Litter Therefore, the London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Contractor to undertake the collection and processing of highways arising, bulky waste items and street litter in accordance with the waste hierarchy ( Prevention, re-use,re-cycling, recovery & disposal) Commencement date:23rd August 2019 Contract duration: 3+2 (Total contract term 5 years) Form of Contract: LB Hillingdon Terms & Conditions Estimated contract value (over 5 years) c.£7.5m Requirements The contracor shall collect the materials listed above from the London Borough of Hillingdon's Harlington Road Depot as required between 8am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday and upon request on a Saturday and Sunday; London Borough of Hillingdon Harlington Road Depot 128 Harlington Road Hillingdon Middlesex UB8 3EU
