Brief Description of Requirement The key aim of this work is to establish the current state of knowledge on the risks to the user of domestic VR systems, and to identify ways to mitigate these risks. The objectives of this work are to: • Provide an evidence-based understanding of the risks and hazards that a domestic user is exposed to during the use of VR systems. • Provide an evidence-based understanding of the risks and hazards that a domestic user is exposed to following the use of VR systems. In particular, this should include an analysis of the additional hazards that might occur during subsequent use of machinery or driving. • Assess possible mitigating measures and their efficacy in protecting the user from harm. • Identify further research requirements to develop the evidence base of this subject.
