Tender for Catering and Cleaning Procurement Support Services

Tender description

We are seeking to appoint a supplier(s) to support the Head of Procurement in the tendering for catering and cleaning services to our 62 academy schools. The tender is on the basis of 3 lots Lot 1 - catering, Lot 2 - Cleaning and Lot 3 - both catering and cleaning. This will involve all areas for initial design of the tender strategy, gathering school data, preparing the OJEU advert and tender documents, analysis, award and supplier contract mobilisation and ongoing contract review to ensure best value is delivered at all times. The successful tenderer(s) will bring with them an innovative approach to the provision of the services with a focus on delivering a high quality service that meets the pupils and academy needs as well as delivering a cost effective service maximising the opportunity for budget savings throughout the duration of the catering/cleaning service contract.. We are looking for a supplier(s) that has the capability of challenging existing practices and suggesting new approaches that enhances the academy's facilities.
