Stand build framework: modular stands and bespoke builds

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement process is to source and establish several different contractors with differing specialisms and products/ services to offer Jisc irrespective of any individual event requirement. The framework will be established for a maximum of four years in total and be utilised for any event. Jisc has a requirement for external exhibition contractors who are experienced in stand-build design and construction.? This framework covers all types of exhibition stands and contractor abilities; Jisc has varied requirements relative to the nature of each event held; this could be a fully bespoke staging and exhibition area constructed from a series of designs and concepts to an ‘off-the-shelf’ modular structure erected for use by exhibitors at a Jisc-led event.? The framework will not be specific to a single event or series of events but act as a mechanism to deliver against a requirement for any event, meeting or conference. This framework will operate on a Lot by Lot basis appropriate to the event requirements of Jisc. The framework will be split into three lots, two distinct lots to match the requirements of Jisc: lot one ‘modular stand hire’; and lot two ‘bespoke stand build’. A third lot will exist; this will be for the combined requirements of lot one and lot two. Bidders are not required to bid separately for lot 3; where a bidder responds to lot 1 and lot 2, they will automatically be considered for lot 3.
