‘This Prior Information Notice relates to the procurement of a Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll Solution for the Irish Civil Service. It is anticipated that a procurement competition for the provision of a solution may begin in 2020. It is planned to replace the current HR and Payroll solutions with a more up to date technological solution to deliver greater operational efficiencies and to provide more enhanced strategic information. In advance of any competitive procurement process to select a replacement solution, the Office of Government Procurement, is conducting this market soundings exercise on behalf of the Civil Service. Market operators are hereby invited to participate in this market information exercise.
