Tender description

The current Sheep Street site is a live car park within which sits a disused building known as the "Old Memorial Hospital." The Old Memorial Hospital building was first built in 1873, extended in 1913 then further extended in 1931 bringing its total bed size upon its close to 43. The building has been empty and unused for a period of approximately 6 years and has been boarded up and made secure. It has however, been broken into on several occasions and vandalised which has resulted in the internal of the building sustaining a lot of damage and allowed pigeons to gain entry and nest within the building for a prolonged period
