Tender description

Replacement of roofs in Evanstown, Porthcawl, Bridgend and Panyrawel. Valleys to Coast Housing Ltd are looking to replace a total of 20 roofs in the locations mentioned above. The dwellings are currently served by pitched roof made up of a combination of slate and/or concrete tile depending on age and style of property. There will also, where applicable. be a requirement to remove chimney stacks and replace soffits, fascias and rainwater goods.
