St Helens Council is inviting Bidders to provide rates for a pay as you go arrangement for the collection and delivery of roll on roll off skips to various sites within a 15 mile radius of the collection site Hardshaw Brook Depot, Parr St, St. Helens WA9 1JR. Please see the Invitation To Tender document for the full service specification details.
