Tender description

Pursuant to Regulation 40 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (‘the PCR 2015’), the London Borough of Lambeth (‘the Authority’), is seeking to conduct preliminary market consultation before commencing the procurement procedure for a new recycling, waste collection and cleansing services contract (‘the Contract’). Please note this is not a call for competition. Providers are requested to provide a written response to the questionnaire which can be accessed via the EU Supply tendering portal.
