Tender description
The Client is the Devizes Assize Court Trust (the Trust), which is Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) formed in 2018 for the purpose of undertaking the full restoration of the former Assize Court building and its conversion and extension to provide new premises for the Wiltshire Museum. The objectives of the Charity are for the benefit of the public: • to preserve property and buildings of historic or architectural interest or importance, in particular (but not limited to) in the area of Wiltshire; • to advance the education of the public in the arts, culture and history, in particular through the maintenance of a museum; and • to further such exclusively advance the charitable objects according to the laws of England and Wales as the Trustees in their absolute discretion from time to time determine. https://devizesassizecourt.org.uk The documents related to this tender can be found here: https://devizesassizecourt.org.uk/procurement It is further noted this is an OJEU advertised tender "Restricted Procedure" as under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
