The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (“the Authority”) seeks to appoint a bidder to fund and construct a Patient Step Down Facility with Rehabilitation Services at the Stanmore site. The facility once constructed, which is a commercial opportunity for the bidder, will provide the following three elements: 1. Independent Living Assessment Unit (the Authority to operate) 2. Overnight parent/carer accommodation (the Authority to operate) 3.
