Tender description

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), require a single supplier to review the current approach to the packaging producer population estimates, propose possible methodological solutions to strengthening the estimates, such as conducting primary data research, (e.g. data collation through surveys) and produce a data-driven analysis to deliver new and more detailed estimates of packaging producers against key characteristics.
