Video production services. In this lot we would expect a video production company to offer a fuller managed service. This would require the management of the entire project and include full editing (including graphics and animation) in the delivery of the product. In particular it is expected that the supplier would work collaboratively in the delivery of the end product. The following are examples of video communications content to be used to promote the University's programmes, activities and facilities to external audiences for purposes including: — student recruitment, — demonstration of research impact, — philanthropic fund-raising, — advertising of the University's conference and other commercial activities. A number of mid-level activities would be required to support the delivery of our AV services. Examples of these would be: — on location filming, — scholarship films, — promotional video output. A number of basic services would be required in this category to support the University Marketing teams and internal service teams. This may include but will not be limited to the following are examples of video communications content to be used to promote the University's programmes, activities and facilities to external audiences for purposes including: — finishing off services, — pre-production advice, — small edits, updates and re-editing, — transcription services, — footage capture.
