Tender description

West Sussex County Council and NHS England Specialised Commissioning South East are jointly commissioning contracts for the provision of an Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Service for West Sussex. There will be 2 separate contracts for the delivery of this service however they are being procured and evaluated together. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years with the potential for a 2 year extension period, therefore a maximum potential contract period of 5 years. There is an existing staff pool delivering this service therefore TUPE may apply. West Sussex County Council in collaboration with NHS England Specialised Commissioning South East is seeking a service provider to provide an Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Service across the county of West Sussex. There will be 2 separate contracts for the delivery of this service however they are being procured and evaluated together. The contract is for an initial term of 3 years commencing the 1.2.2020 with a potential extension period of a further 2 years, therefore a maximum contract duration of 5 years. There is an existing staff pool delivering the service therefore TUPE may apply.
