Tender description

The City of Wolverhampton Council (CWC) is looking for organisation (s) with a successful track record of providing effective accommodation-based support and outreach support services which meets the identified needs of these client groups. The overarching aim of the services is to provide an effective accommodation-based and outreach support service which meets the identified needs of service users in order to prevent homelessness and support them to be successful and establish and maintain (greater levels of) independence. The client group consists of care leavers, young families and young people aged 16-25 years with varying levels of need. This service will be procured under an open procedure (light touch regime) as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
