Tender description
Trident Group has over 50 years of delivering homes, services and innovation for up to 8 000 people in over 3 400 homes in the Midlands. Trident have appointed an experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at 85 schemes owned by Trident. The opportunity was divided into three lots – Central, North East and South. Trident will utilise bespoke terms and conditions, the contract will run for an initial term of 3 years, extendable for a further term of 2 years. Procurement for housing have been appointed by Trident to facilitate this tendering exercise. Trident have appointed an experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at approximately 24 schemes located in the central region – Birmingham Local Authority. Trident have appointed an experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at approximately 29 schemes located in the north east region – Birmingham Local Authority and Sandwell Local Authority. Trident have appointed an experienced service provider to undertake grounds maintenance including grass cutting, pruning, maintenance of hedgerows, flowerbeds/borders and shrub bed areas, responsive tree works, leaf clearance, bulk rubbish removal, management of litter bin’s and hardstanding’s at approximately 32 schemes located in the north east region – Birmingham, Sandwell, Coventry, South Derbyshire and Shropshire Local Authorities.
