Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (STH) wishes to engage with organisations who are interested in being potential providers of a multi-functional data flow system for the Trust’s Estates Department and Hotel Service’s Portering service. A brief description and the critical elements of the service specification are listed below. STH is keen to understand your organisation’s interest The Portering Service and Estates Department is looking for a workforce, resource and task management solution that will help to optimise its service provision to all wards and departments across all sites of Sheffield Teaching Hospitals, i.e. Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Northern General Hospital, Weston Park Hospital, Jessop Wing, Charles Clifford Dental Hospital and Community Properties. Essentially, this new solution will replace an electronic ordering, stock and assets management system within Estates but also replace paper based operations within both services, e.g. resource and task allocation.
